Oak Refrigeration have recently installed a large holding freezer comprising of 22m x 15m x 5m high. The Freezer will allow TJ Fast Foods to provide a larger range of frozen foods to their customers with the new additional freezer.

Oak were selected to provide the refrigeration machinery and coldroom structure based on technical knowledge, quality of installations and recommendation from other business sectors.
The installation took 16 weeks to complete comprising of 2 large EVI sub cooled scroll compressors which were coupled to 2 large Searle multifan Evaporators.
Due to the installation of heat exchangers within the out door units the system offered a good COP thus minimising energy usage on site.
Internal and external protection was also provided to the coldroom to assist with protection against damage to the wall linings.
The complete fabric installation was formed from PIR insulation to meet TJs insurance requirements.
